HR Investigations

HR investigations can place significant strain on your organisations as key members of HR and operational teams are diverted from their usual everyday duties.

We deliver our workplace investigations both in-house and as an Audit Yorkshire managed service in partnership with a specialist advisory company, who bring a great depth of senior level NHS experience. All our work will be delivered in accordance with our quality standards. We have access to highly experienced investigators, including qualified HR experts (CIPD) and all of our investigations are conducted in compliance with the ACAS code of practice. Our team has significant experience of undertaking investigations and an excellent reputation for balancing a comprehensive and robust investigation, with compassion and empathy.
