Employee Benefits

Agile and Flexible Working – To help team members balance their work and other commitments all team members are able to request flexible working from day one. Our team has also adopted an agile working model with visits to client sites as and when required.

Staff Development – We encourage all team members to participate in training and development opportunities, particularly the development of specialist interests. All team members are allocated time for training during the year.

Supporting Professional Qualifications - We support professional training for all our team members and our Trainee Progression Framework is aligned to the Level 7 apprenticeship schemes for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

We are an ACCA accredited approved employee.

Corporate Social Responsibility – Team members are encouraged to participate in both volunteering and fundraising activities and have dedicated time for undertaking corporate socially responsibility related activities.

We are currently recruiting talented individuals to join our team as a Trainee Internal Auditor. We offer genuine prospects for career progression together with support for professional studying (Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors). This is an ideal opportunity to obtain a masters level professional qualification whilst gaining valuable insight and experience of how a large, varied and ever-changing organisation such as the NHS operates.
