Governance Across Partnerships
This event examined two fundamental aspects of governance: ‘Establishing objectives’ and ‘Risk management’ and considered how they can be best achieved across partner organisations with different aims, performance targets, pressures and financial incentives.

The event examined some of the workforce challenges across the NHS and innovative ways to approach them. It also looked at the assurance that People/Workforce Committees should be receiving and how this differs from the assurance the Audit Committee require.
